| Car Description | ||||||
The DB7 is a hand-built sports car with composite fenders, bumpers, aprons and hood, in either coupe or roadster body styles, powered by an all-new 6-liter, 400 hp, 400 ft.-lb. V12 engine. It's fitted with either a six-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission. The fully independent, racing-style suspension system, with upper and lower control arms, coil springs, tubular shocks and antiroll bars, is world class in terms of ride and handling, as are the four-piston brakes, with gigantic 14-in. discs front and 13-in. discs rear. Handmade leather heated seats and wool carpeting are standard, as is burled walnut throughout the instrument panel and door trim. All gauges are large, round analog dials, and the center console contains most of the operating gear and switches. A Kenwood stereo cassette system with CD changer is standard, along with an alarm system, immobilizer, center locking and inside trunk release. The DB7 features every known driver and passenger convenience and luxury touch and a complete package of safety gear, including dual airbags, side-impact protection, ABS and high-performance tires. |
